Platz Education
PLATZ Education is for instructors and professionals who want to understand movement beyond exercise.
Platz Education
PLATZ Education does not see exercise as the mere performance of movements. It is education for understanding the body and creating better movement.
Through instructor education, public lectures, and corporate and institutional programs, we share movement in ways that can be applied to life and practice.
Education Approach
Good education does not end with simply delivering movements. It is the process of understanding the body, observing movement, and building standards you can apply in real life and practice.
PLATZ Education connects movement science, observation, coaching, and practical application.
For instructors, it offers deeper standards of coaching; for everyone else, a clearer perspective for understanding their own body.
Education Team
PLATZ Education is built together with movement educators, researchers, and health professionals.
Grounded in scientific evidence and field experience, we connect exercise, recovery, and daily wellness into a single educational flow, and design education that can be applied in real classes and in daily life.
